E36 Glove box stuck

Hi,
I'm trying to remove the glove box on a '96 M3 and can't budge it. I've removed the 6 screws and still it won't move. I've removed maybe 3 or 4 in other cars w/o a problem, but this one is stuck so tight I can't even pry it out of the dash. Anyone have suggestions or ever experienced a glove box on an E36 that wouldn't come out?
