Joe,

   Yes you have 16 inch rims. Can't help you with the light bulb, sorry.
The radio code is not tied to the VIN number as far as I know. The reason
the dealer wants you to come in is because if someone stole the radio and
installed it, if they could just call and get the code it would defeat the
purpose of the anti-theift code. You don't have to leave the key on for
an hour to enter the code.
