AFAIK all BMW motrosport "trunk lip" (small approx. 1" high x width of
trunk) are mounted w/doublestick tape. They are relatively easy to remove by
warming the contact area (think Hair dryer) and using dental floss or mono
fishing line gently back and forth. Spraying the area w/WD-40 can speed the
process and help with removing the residue. I mounted a M5 spoiler on my
trunk and removed the badges. HTH. YMMV.
