E30 M3 Dead Pedal installation

Have managed to locate an "unfindable" M3 dead pedal for my E30 touring.  
Does anyone know how to install it?  The ETK details on bolts is not that 
good, nor are the fiches.  It looks like you mount the left under the 
plastic cover for the speaker in the kick panel.  Right side might bolt to a 
blind plug in the floor pan.

Have surfed but found nothing, short of sites that are inoperative.  Any 
tips & hardware part numbers are well appreciated.

FYI, managed to locate a spare rear view mirror with map lights, fits E28 & 
E30.  My car is to be done one night this week, spare one for sale.  Contact 
me off digest to keep it clear.
