V8 Head question

Hi guys I have a question I hope some of you can help me on.
Does the 4.0L V8 use the same head as the 4.4L? I ask this because I have a
chance to buy an Alpina Header for a 4.4L real cheap, and I want to know if
it will fit on my 1994 4.0L.
I mean are the exhaust ports in the same location on the 4.0L as the 4.4L?
Any help in this Id be very grateful!!!
