E30: Recaro Seat repairs

Hi All

One of my seats has a broken cable that is used to flip the seat forward. I would 
like to repair this. Also the seat heater is only working on the seat cushion. I
figured if I would fix everything while I was in there. 

Is a FAQ or can someone provide me with information on taking the seat apart? I
have had a quick look put it was not obvious how to get the back panel off of 
the seat back.
