Hello all,
I have just bought by first BMW, a 518 built in 1981. It is very beat-up,
needs alotof work, but I am having trouble identifying whether it is an E12
or an E28, since I believe that in 1981 BMW produced 518 in both varieties.
How do I know which it is?
