E34 - 1995 BMW 520i Gearbox problems.

Hello,
I am currently having problems with the transmission in my 520. It is a
manual transmission and there is oil leaking out through the top selector
seal. This has been replaced twice in the last three months. Does anyone
have any suggestions??
