It's not the switch that's bad, it's the resistor module. It's located on
the blower motor.
To access it, you will work inside the engine compartment. There is an
access panel on the firewall that must be removed, then you'll remove the
blower cover (held on with plastic straps), and you'll find the resistor
module.
