Ron, you REALLY need to go to http://www.m535i.org

Those guys have plenty of experience with the E28.  There
is a tech page on that site that will answer your brake
questions in very great detail.  I think there might be
some info on Cams also.  The owner of the last turbo E28
ever made by Dinan is on that list.  If they can't answer
your E28 questions, I don't know anyone else on the
internet that can.
