re: E36 //M3 swaybars:
Keep your rear stock bar, and replace the front one with the factory
24mm bar from a 93/94 325i 4 door sedan. But nothing bigger.
If you wish, switch to all chrome moly Heim Joint/Rod End hardware with
solid bushings. but that's all.
Putting real fat swaybars on the 3.2 liter //M3 is barking up the wrong
tree.
Install Koni Struts and shocks, //M3 Lightweight front control arm
bushings, remove your front and rear spring spacer pads, return to
235/40 front tires, and enjoy how wonderful BMW engineered the stock
suspension before those damn corporate lawyers of theirs in Philadelphia
made them tame it down.

97 //M3 68k miles with a K&N and oversize trans mounts, and the greatest
gift of all, sight, in the form of real //M3 ellipsoids like the rest of
the world got. If you haven't put ellipsoids on your E36, you don't see
what you're missing.
