Most people have been saying good things about Craftsman tools but I thought
I should clarify things for any Canadians on the list. Craftsman hand tools
sold in the Canadian Sears stores are not the same as the ones sold in the
U.S. They are inferior quality, or at least they were last time I compared
them. I believe they are made by Gray tools and are pretty much the same as
the Mastercraft tools sold in Canadian Tire stores.
For the non-professional, I like the Husky brand sold in Home Depot.
No-hassle lifetime return and they will even exchange for broken Craftsman
and Mastercraft brands.
