4 1/2 cylinder 325

hey fellow e-30ers-

i am new to this list, and have a very sick 325.

it is a 90 325i that i use for everday and driving schools. the other 
day I was comming back from school, and i noticed a vibration when on 
the gas. when i stopped at the next stoplight, the car was missing 
pretty bad. when i got home, i pulled the  plugs, and number 3 and 4 
were lookin' pretty gunky. 3 was oil fouled and caked, but still arced, 
but 4 was completely filled with stuff, wouldn't even arc, and some of 
the ceramic
was chipped off. i installed new plugs, but the miss is still there. any 
ideas?
