E28 M5 Brake Pads

Can anyone point me to a digest post that describes how to change the brake
pads on an E28 M5.  The Bentley manual covers this for the base 5-series but
the M5 has calipers unique to that model (four pistons vs. one).

It appears that it's as straightforward as pushing out the long pins that
are held in place by tension from a metal plate spring.  Seems too simple so
please advise as to how to do this correctly.
