All good but rather expensive advice for E36 cars!
Consider this:
- - E36 serpentine belt => $25
- - E36 water pump => $40
- - E36 thermostat housing => $40
** both of the above better be the new plastic-free parts!
I did all of the above on my E36 and the thermostat housing really did not
need to be touched. OTOH, my plastic impeller (10/94 production M3) looked
as good as new while others report it failing on them at under 50K miles. So
YMMV big time.

- - E36 coolant hoses kit => a shade under $300
- - E36 radiator => $200-350 depending on the source

I would not touch the above unless absolutely necessary.
