[E30] Valve cover nut torque

Does anyone know what the proper torque value is for the
valve cover nuts ('85 325e)?. Bentley says 11 ft-lbs, but I
remember seeing on one of the lists that this value is
incorrect, and should really be somewhere around 7 ft-lbs.
