Why?
Are the seat covers worn through?
If so order new BMW replacements from the dealer. You will find replacements
cheaper than most after market seat covers!
Or you just want to have seat covers for the sake of seat covers?

I _hate_ leather seats in my other cars, so covering up the wonderful
grippy, never too hot or too cold cloth seats strikes me as a silly idea.

Repair with replaceable BMW seat covers! The last time I went shopping it
cost me around $60 for a new bottom cover, but that was a few years ago.
