E28 brake warning lights

  My E28 535i has 5 brake warning lights, so it can be confusing as to
which warning has what meaning.

 1) The light on the anunciator panel indicates brake light function
(including third light on 86' and newer).

2)  Brake fluid too low.

3)  Brake pad thickness.

4)  ABS

5)  "BTAKE"  Pressure accumulator:   Pressure in.........Pressure out
    Pressure coming in is from the power steering pump, so this can be rpm
dependant.
    Pressure out should only give a warning light upon brake application,
and be a brief low flash of the light indicating the bomb is failing.

  Cheapest easiest way to help is to replace the Powersteering belt, and
filter and fluid (ATF).
