Anyone ever shop at thepartsbin.com?

I'm looking for a water pump for my 94 325i.  My local dealer wants $100
for it, but I'm finding much better prices on the web.  Specifically,
thepartsbin.com lists two water pumps for my car, 1 made by 'Geba' for
$46.44 and one made by 'Graf' for $46.12, both with metal impellers.
They claim only OEM parts are sold, but are these truly OEM?
