Looking for a very clean E36 M3 where to look???

Hi, I am going to be commuting to college and am looking for a clean E36 M3 
pref. Blue with grey int. must be 5spd!! no slushboxes. can be either coupe 
or 4 dr. 

where would i go to find a nice one??
how much should i be spending??
is it ok to get a high mileage m3?? 
what should i be looking for??  waterpump adn trans mounts on the early 
models??
