E30 OBC question/ Mintex Pads

I have a 86 325es with OBC and can not get the date time to function. All
other functions work. Can't find anything in Bentley that addresses this.
Also planning on rebuilding my calipers, new rotors and Mintex pads from
Motorworks. thay state that they are better then PRB or factory. Anyone
have any experience with these?
Need help.
