E30 window motor help, please

Hello:
The rear passenger window in my 89 325 is stuck in the lowered position. I
peeled off the door trim last night hoping to loosen or lube a stuck
mechanism. I now think the motor is fried. ANY help regarding how to quickly
repair/replace this would be really appreciated. TIA
