O2 sensor for 85 528e

Hi all,
I finally found out the hesistation problem with my 528e. THE O2
SENSOR! Damn! I changed fuel regulator, fuel filter, air flow meter and
in tank fuel pump. Well good news all those parts are new. Anyway my
question is when I disconnect the O2 sensor she runs fine. Is it
necessary to replace the sensor or can I go with it like it is? Last
owner did not use no seize!
