<E30> Blowing Fuses

I have been blowing the same fuse daily and erratically.  If I have the A/C
on Recirc, right after I start the car, the OBC (lite version), tachometer,
and dome lights cease to work.  I am puzzled because I haven't been messing
with ANY of the wiring.

Anybody got a clue 'bout what might be happening here?
