This could be failure of the adhesive inside the nearest door, allowing the
the spray and vapor barrier to lift away and water to leak in.  A friend has
already had this happen *five* times on the passenger side door of his '99
318i, and lately, once on the driver's side.  Munich claims this is not a
general problem, but my friend and his dealer hold other opinions.

Has anyone else had their vapor barrier separate?
