wheels and such

I'm new to BMW's,  well actually my dad is.  He just bought an 88 325is as an
autocross only car.  We have been successfully running a Datsun 2000 for the
last 10 years or so, but he decided to get something a little less rare and
less maintanence intensive.  He wants to stay in the stock or street prepared
class.  What size OEM wheels came on E30's?  I've been looking on the net for
a while for the elusive "everything you ever wanted to know about 1988
325is's" site.  Is there one out there?  Does anyone on this list autocross a
325 regularly that may have some information ie. tire size, good (SCCA legal)
upgrade components, etc..?  Any help would be appreciated.
