Re: Tramlining with 17's
Guys,
Pardon my ignorance but what does Tramlining mean? I own a 94 e36 and i
have had 17" momo sports with good year tires for over a year and i haven't
noticed anything wrong with it....

You guys need to upgrade your upper strut mounts to E36 M3 parts. I
beleive
they change both camber and castor up front. This upgrade should greatly
reduce tramlining if you run 17" wheels. I ran 17" wheels on my stock E36
325i for about week before I decided to upgrade to full M3 suspension
(springs, shocks, sway bars, AND upper strut mounts). I couldn't take the
tramlining with 17's on stock suspension. The extra grip just wasn't worth
it.
