E28 power steering fluid

I'm hoping my replacement power steering hose arrives today along with a Bentley manual. (finally)
Can anyone tell me which type of AT fluid is used and how much for the power steering system. The
owner's handbook only mentions ATF for the AT and specifies Dexron.
