its always a good idea to immediately take care of worn suspension items 
IMHO. a neglected motor may leave you stranded, but a neglected suspension 
could leave you 50 ft. off the road in the woods. 

as far as leaky injectors, i have the same problem with my 325iS right now. 
the only symptom i notice is an overly rich fuel mixture at startup after the 
car has been run for a while, which causes the idle to stumble for about 15 
sec. after the computer leans the mixture out a little bit, the idle is fine. 
are you having any problems like this? unless your symptoms are a lot worse 
than mine, i wouldn't worry about replacing the injectors right away.
