RE: Help: Clutch Stuck



Thanks again.  I checked the brake fluid.  It was somewhat low but I don't
think it was enough to starve the clutch.  After topping off the brake
reservoir there is no change.  The pedal is about 3/4 to the floor and will
not move (minus play) in either direction.  My junk Haynes manual mentions a
broken release bearing or fork, but does not show how or where to
check/repair.  Any ideas.

Yes, the brake and fluid system both draw from the same reservoir.  As the
fluid level gets to low the clutch fluid induction line is starved first,
ensuring that the car is undrivable before the brakes fail.
