Did you replaced the "anti-squeal" shims that are mounted between the
caliper piston and the pad? It could cause a fair amount of squeking.

I know that there are a couple of products that you spray in the back of
your brake pads that reduce this noise. Haven't tried none of them... yet. I
too have this squeal in my E21, specially after asbestos use was forbiden.
