What's Leather, What's Not?

 I have a 96 328i (E36/M52) with leather interior.  I don't want to
use leather care products on vinyl or vinyl care products on leather, thus
this post.

 I know the seats are entirely leather.  I am just about positive
that the front-seat headrests and the rear drop-down armrest are some
leather-like material.

 I _believe_ the wheel is wrapped in leather.

 I haven't a clue about the wrapping on the emergency brake or the
"bag" around the stick shift.

 Anyone confirm or add to the above???
