Newbie owner's questions

First, let me thank those who replied to my question last week about the
318ti.  After some hard negotiations, the car is now inside my garage
<grin>.  It did not come with an owner's manual, but I have one on order.
In the meantime, I'm curious about a couple of things, and I'd appreciate
any answers:

1) When I shut down the car and remove the key from the ignition switch, I
hear 5 "ding" sounds.  What does this mean?

2) There are mounts for fog lamps, but no lamps.  Are these relatively easy
to install, and available from aftermarket?  Or is this something best left
to the dealership?

3) This may sound silly, but is there any place where I can order a 4"
sew-on BMW cloth badge?  I have an Alfa-Romeo badge on my "car event"
jacket, I'd like to add the BMW roundel next to it <grin>.
