Canadians buying from Tirerack

Hello all.  I may have asked this question before.  If so, forgive me, I am
getting old.

Have any Canadians on this list bought tires and/or wheels from Tirerack?
If so, did you get dinged for brokerage charges by UPS?  I'm hesitant to
order because UPS is the only shipping option to Canada and I've heard
stories about outlandish brokerage charges.
