There is no easy way to put a submarine belt in the stock seats short of 
taking it to an auto upholstery shop and havung them cut a slot for it and 
trim it. There is a steel bar under the upholstery where you can attach the 
belt. However, running it up through the space between the seat and leg 
extension pad provides no  protection from submarining. BTDT.
Best bet is to buy a racing type seat with the slot built in.
