A/C blower works on full only

Hello listmembers,
I have seen the cabin fan problem handled on this list several times. From
that I know, the most probable reason my fan works on pos. 4 only is the
blown
resistor pack.
My question is, where should I look for this resistor pack?
Is it somewhere under the bonnet or behind the A/C control panel on the
centre
console?
How do I dismount the control panel?
