Replacing Top in 1991 325ic

I need to replace the top of my 1991 325ic.

The Bentley's manual I have only covers the non-motorized version of the 
325ic.

Has anyone replaced their tops before on this model car?

If so, how difficult of a job is it and where are some good places to buy 
tops?

Are there websites that offer instructions for replacing the motorized tops?
