WTB: E36 for race car

I know someone looking for an E36 to use as a basis for a race car. The
ideal candidate:
- - located within 500 miles of southern California
- - running, driveable (not driveable on the street okay) and not an accident
victim
- - 5-speed and 325i (no 318's!)
- - theft recovery or high mileage example okay (and color is not important).
