oil leak problem

I have '92 325i.  There is an oil leak somewhere and
the oil collects in the spark plug holes.  So I tried
to tighten all the screws around the engine block to
stop the leak, but it did not work.  It got worse
because I broke off one of the screws.  Does anyone
have any advice how to fix this problem?
