Callaway Turbo 320i's

Good Day E-21ers.

I need some information. We have a Callaway stage one kit for a LATE 320i.
So far we have just about figured out how it all fits together and cleaned
everything up. Judging from the condition of the turbine (dinged fins from
debris, excessive end play) we going to be looking for a new one. As adding
an intercooler and a stronger bottom end are in the future plans, I'd like
something to blow about 12-14 psi, but I'd also like to measure lag time in
something smaller than hours.

Now this is a IHI RHB6 "low slung" arrangement with an internal wastegate,
not the T04B High mount with external wastegate as on early 2.0l cars. (the
turbo rebuilder advises that the IHI is probably not rebuildable. He did not
have charitable things to say about IHI/Warner Ishi)

I'd be grateful if any one can make any recommendations as to a replacement
turbo. I was thinking of a turbonetics T3 super 60 or a T4-T3 hybrid. I know
a few out there have Callaway cars and upgraded Turbos. I'd also gladly pay
for copies of an installation manual and some photos.
