Coolant Leak

My '88 635CSi has developed a coolant leak.  So far, my mechanic has been
unable to find the leak.  He put the coolant system under pressure, no leaks
found.  He let the car run at 3,000 RPM for a while, no leaks found.  With a
60 mile round-trip commute to work everyday, I find myself having to add
coolant every 1 to 5 days.  Can anyone offer any insight on this?
