'94 325iC Speakers

I recently purchased a fairly pristine 325iC.  The only obvious problem 
that is has is that a couple of the speakers seem to be blown.  Does anyone 
know (a) how to get to the speakers, and (b) if there are any good 
aftermarket speakers that will fit without body modifications (no piercing 
the Bimmer)?
