<E30> Suspension bushings

Hello list.
I heard it was possible to change the rubber bushings on the control arms of a
E30 without removing the arm from the car.
If someone had success doing this, could you share your experience please.

Also, are the bushings from a E30 M3 stiffer? Do they fit on a 318 E30? Is the
improvement, if any, noticable only on the track or on a daily driver also?
