FS: 1989 735i in Seattle Area

Hello Seattle residences, I have a 1989 735i for sale.
Here are some description:
1989 735i, White exterior, Blue interior, just pass 100000 miles, leather 
power seat, power sunroof, power lock (remote), power windows, Sony in-dash 
CD player, Alpine alarm...etc.
The paint and body are in Good condition, the only bad thing is sometimes 
the engine temperature will "OVERHEAT" and that's only thing need to be 
repair.
I would preferr to sell the car locally, I am not familiar with out of state 
car shipping.
I will have photos of the car available upon request, I am asking for $10500 
or best offer.
