Re: Stereo wiring for '98 M3



A number of different possibilities, if you get no error when you
use the band button to switch between different modes it could be
that the replacement head unit was the wrong replacement and thus
will not work with the correct cd changer for your car. To eliminate 
the cd changer, you need to check if it will load/unload. If it does 
that then the problem probably lies with the stereo head unit. I have
the schematic but its really tiny, I can attempt to scan it and see if 
I can enlarge it a little bit. If you have a bentley it should be in the 
back pages under electrical wiring diagrams. Hope that helps.
