RE: e46 m3 convertible

Hasn't been reviewed yet, date hasn't been announced for the US.

I doubt there's going to be an M3 convertible.  Its awfully hard to take a
car with a 107" wheelbase, add a 340 bhp (us) motor, and expect it to
withstand that kind of load.  You'd need several hundred pounds of unibody
reinforcement to keep the car from twisting like a pretzel.  Just my
hunch...
