Advice on price

All,

I am getting ready to say goodbye to my old friend. 1985 528e. Strong engine, good shape, newish tires, all new exhaust, etc. But then there are the warts: backs of both seats shot at the lower screws, tired paint, and most importantly, the dreaded front right wheel (bearing?) humming.

Blue book is ~4400; so, how much discount do I give for the wheel repair and the assorted other uglies?

Advice appreciated.
