O2 sensor changed....

Hi list!
A while ago there was some questions about idle problems, and I suggested
that it could be the O2 sensor. I changed my sensor this weekend - with
little or no effect on the idle... It did however solve the other problem I
had - with "drop outs" in the torque curve.
Anyways, the next step would now be the Idle Control Valve, but I was
wondering if there is some way to check its functionallity?
Any help appriciated!
