where do i get performance parts?

i live in northern california. anyone know where i can purchase perfromance 
parts (except for dinan)?

what's the best bang for the buck? i've heard t-body and exhaust don't do 
squat in terms of hp and torque. what else is there out there to do besides 
spending the 6 grand for a supercharger???
