Is this wheel real BMW?

I just bought a replacement wheel for my '92 325i.  Part number
1180447-5

The replacement wheel has the same first 7 digits, but then a "-7"
Also, as it's supposedly painted like new, it's a little shinier than
the old one.

Is this real, or can you tell from this one number; and if so, will it
eventually "ugly" even with the other three?
